Our bagels have no preservatives, added colors or added oils.
We use the highest quality, purest ingredients. Our bagels are
made fresh daily, we never carry them over for use on another
day.

PREPARING THE FLOUR
The best Bagels are prepared using High Protein flour and ingredients
of a strict level quality. Once the dough has been made it is
passed in measured strips through the Bagel former where it gets
its traditional form. The bagels are placed in racks for a short
period of time before being put in the cold room for the next
day 4.00am baking.

THE BAGEL GETS BOIL
The days baking starts with the removal of the bagel from the
cold room. They are then dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds
where they are stirred continuously.

IT GETS PREPARED DEPENDING OF THE BAGEL TYPE.

TO BE EATEN!
They are then removed from the boiling water,
placed on wooden boards where their respective toppings are added.
Once the bagels have their toppings they are placed in our special
rotating tray oven. The baking process takes approximately 20
minutes per tray.
The bagel is now ready to be served to our clients either with
a wide variety of cream cheeses or in one of our delicious specialty
sandwiches.
